BJP minister criticizes his own party; Is his Twitter handle hacked?

On Wednesday morning something unusual happened. BJP Union Minister of State for Finance and Shipping Pon Radhakrishnan started criticizing his own party on his Twitter account. It was being guessed that his account might have got hacked but unfortunately, that was not the truth. In actual, the document from where his team copied the text was edited by someone and they didn't even review it before making it public.
