Bombay High Court refuses to quash summonses issued by ED against Anil Deshmukh in money laundering case

The Bombay High Court refused to quash the summonses issued by the Enforcement Directorate against former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in the cases related to money laundering. The court said Deshmukh failed to prove probe agencies had been acting in a malafide manner against him. The ex-minister's plea seeking a restraining order against ED and CBI taking any coercive action against him was also rejected by the court.
