British PM's top aide accused of second lockdown breach

Fresh allegations against UK prime minister's chief aide Dominic Cummings as British media reports he breached lockdown rules. However, both UK government and Cummings had said he acted "reasonably and legally" by driving from London to County Durham despite his wife having coronavirus symptoms. Reports claim he was seen in the North East twice, after recovering from his Covid-19 symptoms and returning to work.
