A case has been filed against the Trump government after it denied H-1B visa to a highly qualified Indian professional, terming the denial "arbitrary" and a "clear abuse of discretion." The case has been filed by a Silicon Valley-based IT firm, Xterra Solutions. The US Citizenship and Immigration Services denied H-1B visa to Praharsh Chandra Sai Venkata Anisetty, whom the firm hired as a Business System Analyst.
