CBI will investigate Jharkhand chit scam
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will be investigating in 20 cases that are related to chit fund scam that involves funds worth Rs 25,000 crore in Jharkhand, as directed by the state high court. Till now, the Jharkhand Police was investing the cases. These cases don't belong to one particular group but include many small companies. 27 chit fund companies in the state were under the scanner.
