Cementing ties with Trump, Israel inaugurates 'Trump Heights' on Golan

The US president Donald Trump thanked Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for inaugurating "Trump Heights", "Thank you PM @Netanyahu and the State of Israel for this great honor." The project was inaugurated on Sunday by PM Netanyahu but the construction work may lag due to political issues. The project is aimed to cement ties after Trump broke with other world powers to recognize Israeli sovereignty.
