China is a threat to the world; they are using US money: Trump

The US president Trump expressed concerns over China's growing military strength and said China is a threat to the world as they are building a military faster than anybody and frankly they are using US money. He blamed his predecessors for not stopping it from stealing America's intellectual property to help its defence capabilities. He also said that the previous US presidents allowed China to take out $500 billion a year.
