China lashed out at Facebook for unfairly targeting its biggest media firms after it began attaching disclaimers to pages run by China's state-controlled news outlet. Geng Shuang, foreign ministry spokesman, has accused FB of selective enforcement. FB labelled pages operated by news agency Xinhua & Global Times as 'China state-controlled media. Shuang also said that he hopes the company will abandon its ideological prejudice.
