China needed in the expanded G7 Summit: Russia

Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said on Saturday that Russia is not in talks with Washington about its potential role at an expanded Group of Seven summit later this year. Ryabkov also said that China should be included in the expanded summit. These comments came after John Sullivan, US ambassador to Russia, said Washington was "engaged with the Russian Foreign Ministry in connection with the expansion of G7.
