China to start Pilot Scheme to ease foreign firm's ownership limit

After a meeting of U.S. President Donald Trump and China President Xi Jinping, China’s foreign ministry issued a statement in which China revealed its plans to relax foreign firm's ownership limits. China decided to launch a pilot scheme with an aim to ease foreign firms ownership restrictions in the auto sector including new energy and special use vehicles businesses established in free trade zones.
