Tensions between China and UK have heightened as the Royal Navy's Carrier Strike Group entered the South China Sea. China has warned UK against carrying out any "improper acts". "The People's Liberation Army Navy is at a high state of combat readiness," Global Times, the mouthpiece of the CCP, said. The Royal Navy has cleared its intentions of conducting a "Freedom of Navigation" exercise through the South China Sea.
