Chinese hardcore ambassadors in Pak, Bangladesh pushing BRI to corner India

Despite several high-level meetings between India and China, the Chinese President Xi Jinping continues his attempts to sideline India by pushing his Belt and Road Initiative in South Asia. Beijing has sent Nong Rong, a Chinese politician with close links to United Front Works Department (UFWD), as ambassador to Pakistan in a bid to gain further support for the BRI. Similar efforts were noticed in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
