As PM Modi and his party, BJP has bagged the victory to rule for another 5 years the time has come for opposition leaders to claim the responsibility of defeat and resign. After Congress' Raj Babbar claimed the responsibility of failure in UP and sent resignation, district Cong chief, Yogendra Mishra has sent his resignation to Rahul Gandhi over defeat in Amethi. While OPCC chief Niranjan Patnaik resigned after failure.
