The Chattisgarh school education minister Premasai Singh Tekam took a jibe at 100 days of the Modi government after his bag was stolen from a first-class coach of a train. The congress's minister was travelling in Amarkantak Express on September 17, when the incident took place. Tekam claimed that Modi was behind all the thefts in trains. According to the sources, his bag contained some money and documents.
