Congress MLA and 49 other held in Bhopal for protest against French President

Bhopal Police have arrested Congress MLA from Bhopal Arif Masood and 49 others for violating prohibitory orders and launching a protest against French President Emmanuel Macron over showcasing a cartoon of Prophet Mohammed. The Congress MLA and over 2,000 other protestors have been booked under section 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of IPC. Thousands had gathered to protest against Macron.
