Congress Party is like UP zamindars who lost their land but keep reminiscing about past: Sharad Pawar

Nationalist Congress Party supremo Sharad Pawar took a dig at the Congress Party in an interview. Mr. Pawar compared his ally party to the Zamindars from UP who lost all their land but keep thinking about their past. The NCP chief said the Zamindars lost their land due to the Land Ceiling Act. "Every morning, they got up, looking at the land, and said that this all used to be ours. The mentality is similar to that," he said.
