Crying farmer falls at feet of collector in MP for installing transformer

A farmer in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri district falls in the feet of the newly appointed collector Anugrah P seeking her involvement in the installation of a transformer in his village. A video of the farmer begging to the collector was shared. He was trying his best to convince Anugrah for the transformer until she agreed to get involved in the matter. The transformer has now been installed in the village.
