Deadliest midterm election season in Mexico; Corpse found in 2 voting booths

According to state officials, human remains were discovered in two polling booths in Mexico's Baja California state during the country's midterm elections on Sunday. Several voting locations in Sinaloa state were forced to shutter early due to threats from armed organisations. Since the election campaign began in September last year, 96 politicians have been killed, according to research by risk management firm Etellekt.
