Congressional negotiators have informed that they have reached an agreement in order to avert a partial government shutdown. A meeting between Democrats and Republicans held on Monday evening, in which they covered all the issues like shutdown, wall building and the detention of undocumented migrants. But the details about the meeting have not been disclosed. Whereas Trump said that they will build the wall anyway.
