Due to his presidential term, political controversies and loss of real estate worth, US President Donald Trump has fallen 138 places from 121st spot to 259th spot on Forbes' 400 Richest Americans list since 2015. Trump's personal brand affected his real estate development business while rise of e-commerce affected his commercial spaces, which brought down his personal wealth from US$ 4.5 billion to US$ 3.1 billion.
