Millions of minks were culled in Denmark to get rid of a fatal mutation of Covid. When Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen visited a mink farmer whose herd was killed on government orders, she couldn't control herself and burst into tears. “It has been emotional for them, and… Sorry. It has for me too,” Frederiksen said. Frederiksen met with a father and son at their farm and said "their life’s work was shattered”.
