UN chief Antonio Guterres said that his good offices are always available to India and Pakistan if asked for. Guterres said that dialogue is an "absolute essential element" between India and Pakistan. Guterres responded to a Pakistani journalist who asked, what will he do to solve the Kashmir issue.
