A video from the oath-taking ceremony of new Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi has gone viral. The video purportedly shows Channi touching Congress leader Raul Gandhi's feet. The video was shared on social media and the authenticity of the video can't be established. However, Aam Aadmi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party leaders have used the video to target Congress while adding that the clip exposes the culture of Congress.
