Do not encourage followers to commit violence: UN to political leaders ahead of Biden's inauguration

Just a few days after a pro-Donald Trump mob stormed the US Capitol, United Nations called on top political leaders, asking them "not to encourage their followers to commit violence or to incite violence." UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said this while addressing top political leaders globally. This comes days ahead of President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20. Dujarric hoped there will be no violence during the event.
