Donald Trump's close ally Matt Gaetz, who has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a minor girl and is being investigated for the same, has identified himself as a victim of an 'extortion' plan by the Justice Department. He has particularly accused David McGee, a former justice department employee. However, McGee denies the allegations while calling it "a blatant attempt to distract from" the investigation.
