Indian delegate stopped Pak's attempt to raise Kashmir issue at a UNICEF event in Sri Lanka, insisting that it's India's internal matter. This came 2 days after India thwarted Pak's attempt to raise the matter in the Maldives. Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi slammed Pak's record on rights issues of minorities. Gogoi said it was highly unfortunate that at a child's rights conference Pak tried to internationalize the matter.
