EC gives clean chit to PM Modi over poll code violation complaints

PM Modi on April 1 targetting Rahul Gandhi for contesting from 2nd Lok Sabha seat Wayanad in Kerala, said that the opposition party was "scared" to field its leaders from constituencies where majority dominates. Following which Congress filed complaint against Modi and Shah. EC now clarifies that PM Modi has made no Model Code violation in his speech at a public meeting in Wardha, Maharashtra.
