Ex-crickter Gautam Gambhir joins BJP after speculations

The former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir has joined the Bhartiya Janta Party ahead of the Lok Sabha election today. It is being expected that he will contest from one of the seven Lok Sabha seats in Delhi. With his frequent comments on Indian security issues and social issues, it was being speculated that he is soon going to join politics though the player had earlier denied the rumors of him joining politics.
