Goa CM Pramod Sawant is in Mumbai to campaign for the BJP in the assembly polls and kept his cell phone switched off throughout the day. When asked why he says 'my experience is people have the habit of calling up the CM, I am not lying. Everyone knows my phone number by heart'. So, he keeps his phone switched off throughout the day to avoid constant calls from the public for administrative chores.
