'Foreign nationals and Afghan citizens with authorisation can travel outside Afghanistan'

All foreign nationals and Afghan citizens with travel authorisation from around 100 countries, including the United States, will be allowed to travel outside Afghanistan, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Sunday. In a tweet, Blinken also assured that America will hold the Taliban to that commitment.
