Former CM of Puducherry RV Janakiraman passed away at 79

The former Chief Minister of Puducherry and the former state DMK convener R V Janakiraman died on Monday in the early hours. He was 79 when he died after a prolonged illness. He took his last breath in a private hospital. He was in a very critical condition when he was admitted to the hospital a few days back and his condition refused to improve. His final rites are expected to take place today.
