Former PM Manmohan Singh had intentions to carry out military operations against Pakistan if another terror attack of the type of Mumbai took place, ex-PM of UK David Cameron, who interacted with him shows in his novel that Singh is described as a 'saintly person, but was also sturdy for India when it faced terror attacks.
