The former Vice President of the US, Joe Biden has announced today that he will be running for the post of the president in 2020 against Donald Trump and that too for the 3rd time. Later in the day, he will attend a fundraiser in Philadelphia. On Monday, Joe will host his first official event in Pittsburgh. In recent weeks, he even hinted about his idea of running for the presidential post.
