Give reasonable time to Govt: SC refuses to pass order on lifting restriction in J&K

The plea filed by the editor of Kashmir Times in the Supreme court few days ago. Hearing the plea the Supreme Court said, We are also for restoration of normalcy but it can't be at the cost of lives. We also don't know how is the situation there. We have to give the government some time. Somebody has to rely on the government. Even the petitioner may not know the truth, SC added and called it a badly drafted petition.
