Goa's by-election result out
Goa CM and BJP leader, Manohar Parikar today won the 6th term as MLA, by winning from Panaji whereas health minister Vishwajit Rane won from Valpoi in Goa by-elections. Parikar secured 4,803 more votes than his opponent. The 3rd candidate, Anand Shirodkar (president of Goa Suraksha Manch) secured 220 votes only, whereas 301 people pressed None Of The Above(NOTA) in polling that took place on August 23.
