Gopalaswami Ayyangar, the man that drafted Article 370

Modi govt has decided to scrap Article 370, that gave Jammu and Kashmir a special and autonomous status inside the country. Gopalaswami Ayyangar, who was a part of the 7-member drafting committee of the Indian constitution, drafted the 'now scrapped' Article 370. He was in charge of Kashmir affairs as a minister without portfolio, and later he led a delegation representing India in the UN to discuss the Kashmir issue.
