Government restores Mobile Services in Kashmir after 2 months blackout

BSNL postpaid mobile services have been restored in the state of Jammu&Kashmir, 2 months after the abrogation of Article 370. Internet connectivity is yet to start in the valley. The Central Government had decided to restrict the mobile and internet services in the valley on August 5 to avoid any backlash or protest after the decision of centre to scrap Article 370, taking away the special status from the state.
