Former United States President Donald Trump lashed out at former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani after the Taliban takeover. “I said that openly and plainly. I thought he was a total crook. He spent all his time wining and dining our senators,” Trump said. The former US President further said the senators were always in Ghani’s pockets. The statement comes a day after Ghani vowed to return home in a video statement.
