Four people including popular Hong Kong activist Joshua Wong pleaded guilty to participating in an illegal assembly on June 4 last year to commemorate the 1989 crackdown on protesters in and around Beijing's Tiananmen Square. Wong is already facing imprisonment as he was found guilty of participating and organising a mass gathering during the 2019 protests against the contentious national security law.
