How is Centre's free ration yojna different from Delhi's doorstep ration delivery scheme?

The PMGKAY scheme is a food security welfare scheme announced by the government of India in March 2020. The scheme aims to feed the poorest citizens of India by providing grain through the PDS. The Delhi government had in February this year notified its flagship scheme for the doorstep delivery of ration. The beneficiaries will have to pay the processing charge along with the cost of subsidised foodgrains.
