How various countries across the world scrap old vehicles

Supreme Court has recently ordered to scrap the petrol vehicles that are more than 15-years-old. In Delhi people won't be getting any incentives unlike US and UK where they introduced the law in 2009 and offered 'cash for clunkers'. Beijing also has an incentive-based scheme to keep the polluting cars off the road. India should also come up with incentive based scheme and it needs to think about the recycling too.
