In midnight reshuffle, UP govt transfers 18 IAS officers, appoints 3 new DMs for Aligarh, Muzaffarnagar and Gorakhpur

The Uttar Pradesh government led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has transferred 18 IAS officers on Sunday. According to reports, the state government has appointed new district magistrates in Aligarh, Muzaffarnagar and Gorakhpur. According to the government spokesman, Vijay Kiran Anand has been made district magistrate of Gorakhpur while the District Magistrate of Aligarh, Chandra Bhushan Singh, has been shifted to Muzaffarnagar.
