External Affairs Minister S Jaishakar attacked China without naming after the recent misadventure in Ladakh where Indian troops thwarted an infiltration bid by PLA. "India will match or respond to China's capabilities in the same measure if Beijing continues to assert herself and influence areas or geographies," the minister said. He added that India is rising and its rise has been one of the major global stories.
