Indian ambassador briefs US on the situation in Kashmir

India's ambassador to the US Harsh Vardhan Shringla briefed the United States officials on Wednesday, on the ground situation in Kashmir and told them about the steps that are being taken by the Indian authorities to maintain peace and bring normalcy in the valley. This is the first such instance when a briefing from the side of India has been given to the lawmakers, since the abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir.
