'Indian Economy's condition on a shaky ground'- worries Nobel laureate, Abhijit Banerjee

Nobel laureate Abhijit Banerjee worries about the Indian economy and says the condition of the Indian economy is on shaky ground. He said after witnessing the data, he can't be sure of the revival of the economy in the near future. He is the 2nd Indian-origin economist after Amartya Sen to win the Nobel prize. Banerjee said ' I have been doing research for the last 20 years & tried to offer solutions towards poverty alleviation'.
