JDU MLA Gopal Mandal spotted walking in undergarments on Patna-Delhi train

Narendra Kumar Neeraj alias Gopal Mandal, an MLA from Gopalpur Vidhan Sabha of Bhagalpur district, was spotted walking in undergarments on Patna-New Delhi Tejas Rajdhani Express. A controversy was sparked after a picture of the MLA walking in undergarments went viral on the internet. I was only wearing the undergarments as my stomach was upset during the journey… I won’t lie,” Mandal told the media.
