The presidential hopeful Joe Biden was appearing at the start of his eight-day 'No Malarkey' bus tour of Iowa on Saturday with his wife Jill, who introduced him at the first stop of the tour. Jill waved her hand multiple times during her speech, almost hitting Biden once. Biden was quick enough to dodge the wave and save himself. The next time she waved her hand, Biden bit her finger and the crowd erupted in laughter.
