US President Joe Biden talked to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson over a phone call and discussed important issues including the common challenges such as the Belt and Road Initiative by China. “I suggested we should have, essentially, a similar initiative, pulling from the democratic states, helping those communities around the world that, in fact, need help,” Biden told the media after his phone call with Biden.
