Interim Finance minister Piyush Goyal today started the budget by counting the achievements of Modi government in the last 5 years. In his 100 minutes speech, he chooses to spoke in Hindi on various occasions including Hindi movie "Uri" and BJP's victory in Haryana bypolls.
