In a major setback for Kanye West, a judge barred him from appearing on the November 3 ballot in Arizona, a day after a resident of the state asked the court to band Kanye West from appearing on the ballot. Judge Scott McCoy said the voter objecting to West's bid in Arizona “established that the relative hardships favor him.” The voter's lawyer said West's candidacy would create confusion for voters.
